Have you give up yet?

imageI hope not, I really do.

But…..The simple fact is that most people despite their best intentions will NOT stick to their plan for the next year.

They will feel super motivated and determined (usually when they feel fat).

Unfortunately though real life then takes over and you get back on the treadmill and forget what it is you really want.

This applies whether it is fat loss, training or work – How bad was that Monday morning feel this week?

I am no different and thats why I have my own online coach for my business.

He gives me accountability and tells me straight when I am doing something wrong but have managed to convince myself I am right.

He’s helped me get Nutri Tri from a tiny operation to something which is helping more people each month.

You’ve probably figured out why I am telling you this:

Just wanting to do something is NOT ENOUGH!

You need guidance from an expert and more importantly accountability which often come from an investment.

I am not trying to sell you anything today, that accountability could be from anywhere, its just better if its not from yourself.

I’ll tell you more about my coaching programme next time.

BUT…….

In the meantime I want you to think what it is you want and then what you are going to do to get there.

Writing that stuff down will really help and then keep it in sight.

Ideally make it the first thing you read every morning.
