I had a go at some DIY the other day, not nutritionally but actual hammer and nail DIY.
Guess what?
I did it – guess what else?
It looked rubbish.
I was fitting some skirting board in our hall way but I couldn’t get it completely straight.
I wasted a couple of hours of my life, I wasted money on materials.
You know where I am going with this………
Yes I had to get the experts in – he was called Vinny (true story).
He got in and sorted it in no time – he knew what he was doing, had the right gear and by his own admission it was a more difficult job than it first looked.
I know most of you won’t think you need my services and thats fine – Do It Yourself – hopefully these email help.
I am though in the process of putting a book together which is basically a guide on how to set up the perfect diet for you – The triathlete.
Whilst not as good as one to one coaching, this will be a massive step up on just taking your own advice or cobbling together info you’ve read in men’s health or runners world.
This book will be like an instruction manual.
The problem for you is it won’t be here for a good while – at least 3 months, maybe 6.
So if you would rather get yourself sorted sooner (2 places available from April 1st) – hit me up here:

Any one who is anyone knows that bike setup is key to going fast and fast for less effort – a bit like nutrition.
This is a good starting point but if you cant figure it out – go and see the experts, well worth it I promise.
