It’s getting to that time of year.
The open water time of year.
The wetsuit time of year!
Wetsuits aren’t meant to be baggy, we all know that.
However we all know that they are not the most forgiving item in our wardrobe – in fact is any triathlon related attire flattering?
I know its not a fashion parade but I also know a lot of people feel very self conscious in their overly fitted lycra and neoprene.
I am going to be straight up with you now and there is a chance if you read this properly you may not like it.
Whilst I don’t want to offend, I am also here to help you and sometimes that means telling the hard truth.
Here goes:
- You download my FREE ebook on triathlon nutrition – That means you needed some help.
- You haven’t unsubscribed from this list because you find my emails helpful
- You read these emails for help and inspiration to reach your nutritional goals, meaning your NOT happy with what you’ve got.
What does all this mean?
It means you probably still need help.
The fact that the race season is coming fast means that RIGHT NOW is the time to act.
You literally cannot afford to leave it any longer before you do something, otherwise…………..
Well, otherwise you will not feel as good as you should in your wetsuit and you will not go as fast – no matter how much more training you do.
So, as always here are some free tips:
- Try a non carb breakfast – that means trying something other than porridge
- Try an non bread lunch
- Try a non pasta dinner
- Drink only one cup of coffee a day
- If your going out for dinner, drink a protein shake before you go – This will fill you up a little and mean you don’t over do it.
If your pulling a face, remember:
If you don’t make a change, you will only ever have what you already have now.
People are resistant to change, including myself.
But as I’ve said before the most successful people in the world are those who are prepared to open their mind and step out of their comfort zone.
Thats when I have personally had most success in every area of my life, so much so that I now actively look to feel uncomfortable – I know that’s where the magic happens.
If you’re not one of those people you have to accept what you have now is all you want.
Otherwise you would act.
So what’s it to be?
The final piece in the puzzle is investment in yourself.
That investment will make you take things more seriously straight away – up your game if you like.
If you’ve put “a bit of skin in the game”, the stakes are raised.
You have to succeed, otherwise you’ve wasted your money.
The more money you throw in – the more successful you will usually be.
So I have 3 options for you which will make a difference:
1 – Buy my book (£10) – The Triathlon Nutrition Code – How to setup your perfect diet – http://www.nutri-tri.com/e-books/
2 – Join my inner circle (£10 per month for as long as you like)– The Total Triathlete a community for like minded triathletes to achieve their goals – http://www.nutri-tri.com/the-total-triathlete/
3 – Work with me one to one (£99) – Only one space available – http://www.nutri-tri.com/coaching-plans/
Let me just say I’m not making this pitch because I am desperate for more clients.
I’ve sold hundreds of books and have helped thousands of people – I’m writing this because I know some of you need help but spend far too long procrastinating – waiting for the RIGHT time.
STOP IT!
Make a change NOW
