Most people start the week with good intentions.
“I’m going to make this week a good one”
Monday’s are often hard – We are tired from a hard weekends training and maybe a little alcohol etc.
Tuesdays though – Well they are where you really need to nail things if you are going to make this a good week.
Get it right today and you will give yourself a REAL chance of losing some fat this week.
How do I know this?
Well – I’ve worked with an awful lot of people over the years and anecdotally for me this has been proven time and time again.
So, your challenge for today:
Record everything you eat.
Download My Fitness Pal, if you do’t already have it.
If you do have it, then simply get back into the habit of using it.
This means recording everything, not just the food you think is good – It’s amazing how many people use this app but only on days their food is on point.
That is the time it has its least affect – It’s good to see your bad days and it’s good to be annoyed at yourself. This pain will motivate you more than any other to stay on track.
For some people they will be amazed by how many calories they eat.
For most though, because they are recording their food they will go too low with calories.
They will become aware of what they are eating and hence they will become accountable to themselves.
If you’ve used this app before, or after using it, you don’t know whether you are on the right track then its worth considering this:
Join my private coaching group – The Total Triathlete:
http://www.nutri-tri.com/the-total-triathlete/
You will receive a FREE copy of my book – The Triathlete Nutrition Code on joining.
You can then post daily on the Facebook page what you eat and have me review it.
I encourage people to do this via their My fitness pal app – a photo of that days food works well.
I can then give you pointers to make sure you stay on track
For £10 or $14 approx a month that is exceptional value.
It takes the guesswork out of the equation, offers support and even more importantly – Accountability.
