This is the first full week post Christmas and hence is officially the time of the New Years Resolution. I did however hear on the radio today, that over 30% will have already given up on their good intentions. What are yours?

Weekend binging
I am off out tomorrow with a group of friends for what is being billed: “An All Dayer” If that is a British phrase, it basically means a day of drinking, starting at 1pm.
Be lean and eat cake
Does that sound too good to be true? It may do, but it is possible. You see, I think the problem with people who are really lean, or who look really good, or who are really fast is that: We assume they work really really hard for it and in most cases they do.
How I got it wrong
This Sunday just gone, I had a nutritional fail. I tell you this because we are all likely to have this sort of thing happen over the coming weeks. Generally me and my family are pretty organised with our food and meal times.
