How Ceri lost 2 stone

Different day, different carbs
One of the oddities with nutrition is that we tend to eat roughly the same thing throughout the week. Most people have very similar breakfasts and lunches, from day to day and then will alter slightly their evening meal – although most triathletes seem to revolve this around pasta!
