I’ve been there!
You train hard, you eat healthy, yet you still have more fat than you want.
It doesn’t make sense.
When you starting training, you thought the weight would fly off – at first it did but not anymore.
Have you got a slow metabolism?
Have you got an under active thyroid?
Are you not training hard enough?
Are you just meant to be this way?
Peoples metabolic rates do vary but it is unlikely that this is the underlying factor.
If you had an under active thyroid, it is likely you would have other symptoms.
You may not be training intensively enough but most people do enough volume for their aims.
No, you are not meant to be this way.
The thing is, most people are just doing a lot of little things wrong regarding their nutrition.
There is often NOT just one big thing that needs fixing, which is good.
Because the means you do NOT need to make one massive change.
However lots of little changes can lead to one BIG change.
Marginal gains anyone?
The other good thing about this is that you do not need to do them all at once.
You can make one or two little changes and see how you get on – then a couple more etc etc.
Now this may NOT seem like a radical diet idea!
It’s not.
It’s common sense but sometimes when you are trying to fix yourself, you can not see the wood for the trees.
You need a voice of reason – A Coach.
It’s why I set up my private coaching group – The Total Triathlete:
It give you the chance to post your daily nutrition and get it reviewed.
From there suggestions are made by me.
We discuss them and come up with what works.
You also get the chance to get support and ideas from people going through exactly the same journey as you.
Not just weight loss but Triathletes balancing training, eating right and all the other balls you have to juggle.
All for £10 month ($12 ish).
And you get a FREE copy of my book on sign up
