One quick look on social media can leave you dumbfounded about what is the right way to eat??
The problem here is, that as humans we have a thirst for knowledge – we always want more.
This desire for more though leaves us paralysed.
In always looking for a better way, we often don’t follow through on the plan we started.
I get messages all the time on Facebook and via email asking, what the best nutrition strategy is:
Fasting?
Vegan
Paleo
Low Carb High Fat
etc, etc
The truth is that they all have good bits and they all have bad bits.
As a result you do NOT in my opinion just have to do one.
Why not just take the best bits of them all and package it up for you?
This is what I do with my one to one clients.
I assess them and make the plan fit them, as oppose them to the the plan.
That makes sense to me and works for them and if it doesn’t we just change it until it does – Simple!
If things aren’t working as well as you’d hoped – if your body fat is NOT where you want it to be, this could be the best approach for you.
A nutritional plan made up of the highlights of all of the above and more.
Simply make it fit you, your training and your needs.
This is what I wrote my E-book – The Triathlete Nutrition Code:
It takes you through the systems I use with my one to one clients.
It teaches you how to set up the right diet for you.
How many calories?
How much protein?
What to eat when?
How to recover better?
How to increase energy levels?
It’s also full of recipes.
All for £9.99/12 ish USD
