Nutrition review

I get an awful lot of people messaging me on social media and through email, asking me:

“Is it OK to eat ……….”

“When should I eat……….”

“I’ve tried low carb, why can’t i lose weight”

Etc etc.

Fair enough – I understand that people have lots of questions and it can be very frustrating when you really want and need to lose some fat and it just isn’t shifting.

Often a very simple change or two can make a massive difference to the weight lost or NOT.

Unfortunately I can’t help everyone.

I have nearly 18,000 followers on Facebook, over 10,000 on twitter and 15,000+ read my emails.

I can’t respond to everyone.
