Nutrition tip of the week

Fuelling your performance whilst losing some fat is a challenge and requires some specialist interventions.

Yes, losing weight is easy but that can often leave you feeling tired and unable to train well – We all know what happens then, right?

Yep, we fall off the wagon and eat pizza and cake.

Consequently our performance suffers and we DON’T lose fat!

So this week, try this to help keep you stay on track.

Sit down right now and plan every meal you are going to eat for the week ahead.

Yes, this all 3 of your main meals for the week and any snacks.

Then go to the shops, buy the food and just eat it!

SIMPLE.

The only real work is in the planning.

You have a training plan (or you should do) and that’s so you don’t have to think too much about what you are doing – you just do it.

Then low and behold, over the weeks you get faster.

Thats why you need a nutrition plan.
