It can feel like at this time of year it is all about fat loss and to be fair, for a lot of people it is.
But what if eating for performance is your real aim?
You want to be a better athlete.
You want to feel better day to day.
More energy!
I know what it’s like when you’re tired all the time……..
I get grumpy and to be honest and not very nice to live with.
Unfortunately fatigue is a consequence of any hard training but good nutrition helps massively.
But what is good nutrition?
– Eating the correct amount of calories
– Eating the correct ratios of macronutrients
– Eating enough micronutrients
– Eating at the right times
– Fuelling the certain sessions in certain ways
There is a lot of detail here.
What makes it more difficult is that it is different for all of us.
Different people have different lives with different ambitions and different physiology.
It can be tough to figure out whats right for you.
So often this leads to a state of procrastination.
Looking for more info on the web.
Someone with the answer.
Sadly, there isn’t one, unless you can get someone who you trust to study you and your difficulties for free.
This procrastination often leads to inaction and wasted time.
