There is no doubt that to be successful at something, you have to buy into it.
The obvious example is your training.
If you have a plan you don’t believe in, you will not do the sessions and then…….
Well, it won’t work!
A bad training plan executed perfectly will always get better results than the perfect plan executed badly.
The same is, of course, true for diet.
Chances are that some of the nearly 17,000 Triathletes reading this are on a diet.
Is it working?
Are you sticking to it?
Are you confident its the right route for you?
If the answer to any of these questions is NO, you might want to think again.
