How Ceri lost 2 stone
This story began, when Ceri decided at 42 she wanted to get in the best shape of her life. She had never been really fit but after having her son, wanted to do something for her. Her ultimate aim was to do the Ironman but she was a rubbish swimmer.
Different day, different carbs
